• What have you done to try to solve the problem? What happened?

There are many people that are part of the phpwebsite community and can help you. As a last resort, you can email the developers, but make sure you have read Raymond's and Tatham's pages before doing so.

Windows Support:

We have many people who use phpWebSite on windows systems with various configurations. We know it does work, however the the core dev team does NOT use windows. We can NOT help with windows problems. For windows help the best place will be the forums on sourceforge not our inbox.
